Rubicon Harvest is a small piece of heaven. A small holding on the Rubicon River, it is the base for an emerging mixed enterprise business. Home to an Apiary of 10 hives at the moment, but plans are underway to grow this further over the next couple of years.

A small orchard of berries, predominantly blueberries is also under development, with plans for a small pick your own experience once the bushes have developed in a couple of years.

Then there are the plans for the planting of a trufferie along side these other enterprises – this is a longer term plan given it takes 5 – 7 years for truffles to develop once the trees are in the ground. We are just at the soil preparation stage, where we have done soil testing and are planning the next steps.

Then my love – my doggos, I have written about Maddy and Mack but in 2022 I was entrusted with my third Lagotto – Verona.
